1. About These Terms

These terms apply to the scrap buying services offered through scrapdealersinjeddah.com (“we”, “us”) to customers in Jeddah, Makkah, Taif and King Abdullah Economic City. By requesting a quotation or arranging a collection, you agree to these terms.

2. Quotations

Quotations are based on the material type, grade, quantity and condition described or shown to us, and on market rates at the time of the quotation. A quotation is an estimate until the material is inspected and weighed at collection; if the actual material differs materially from what was described, the quotation may be revised before the transaction is completed. You are free to decline any quotation.

3. Ownership of Material

By selling material to us, you confirm that you own it or are authorised to sell it. We may request reasonable proof of ownership for business, industrial or demolition material, and we may decline any transaction where ownership is unclear.

4. Materials We Cannot Accept

We do not accept hazardous waste, medical waste, radioactive material, or sealed pressurised containers that are not certified empty, and we do not knowingly accept stolen material.

5. Collection

Collection times are agreed in advance. You are responsible for ensuring safe and lawful access to the material. Any dismantling, disconnection or site work included in a job will be confirmed in the quotation before work begins.

6. Payment

Payment is completed as agreed in the quotation when the collection takes place and the material has been verified.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Our total liability in connection with a transaction is limited to the value of that transaction.

8. Changes & Governing Law

We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page applies to new quotations. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
