A common check: most stainless used in tanks and kitchens (304 grade) is only weakly magnetic or non-magnetic, while carbon steel is strongly magnetic. Finish and application are also clues — send us a photo and we will help identify it.

Yes — commercial sinks, counters, shelves and catering equipment are regular purchases, as single items or part of a full kitchen clearance.
Is stainless priced the same as regular steel?
No — stainless steel carries a higher value because of its alloy content. We grade it separately so you are not paid carbon-steel rates for stainless material.
